Appendix E — Notes for Clinicians
This program may be appropriate as a self-guided adjunct for clients who:

Have sufficient emotional stability

Are not actively dissociative or psychotic

Are capable of reflective self-observation

Have prior mindfulness exposure
Clinicians may find this program useful for:

Clients experiencing stress related to over-identification

Individuals prone to rumination or self-monitoring

Those seeking a less effortful relationship to internal experience
The program should not be used as a stand-alone intervention for acute trauma, severe mood disorders, or crisis situations.
Clinicians are encouraged to emphasize pacing, grounding, and the optional nature of inquiry.
